What AI consulting actually involvesAI consulting means support for restructuring the work itself, so that a company that has introduced generative AI escapes the state of having a contract that nobody uses. The subject is not the tool but the way the work is carried out.
When results do not follow an introduction, the cause tends to fall into three groups: it becomes a side task and stalls, there is no yardstick for comparison so no one can decide, and it is done once and never measured. None of these is about the performance of the tool; each comes from too little design in how it is carried out.
In substance, the support is breaking work into steps, identifying the parts that can be handed over, and leaving it in a form that can be explained internally.

Frequently asked questionsWhat does AI consulting do?

How is it different from AI training?
Training creates a state where everyone can use it; consulting creates a state where the work changes. Lifting the baseline with training and then moving on to consulting is a workable combination.
How is it different from AI advisory?
Advisory is closer to insurance: somewhere to ask when something comes up. Consulting works alongside you, hands on, changing one piece of work each month. Switching between them partway is possible.
We do not know where to start.
It starts with taking stock of the work. A free assessment identifies where efficiency or improvement can be expected, and the order of work is decided from there. It can begin with no AI knowledge and no dedicated staff member.
Can we proceed without an employee who knows AI well?
Yes. The service assumes that situation. It proceeds without jargon, and where an internal explanation is needed, we prepare the material for it.
