What we are asked about differs a little with every company and every workplace. Even when the problem looks the same, what matters most, what must not change, and how far things can move are all different. That is why we do not apply a fixed method or plan as it is.
“We only want to improve this one task.” “We want to try something small first.” “We want to keep the current way of working while we move.” We listen to requests at that level of detail and build the approach around your situation. You can start with one person, one department, one task. There is no need to begin with a large reform.

Frequently asked questionsWe begin by hearing about your current situation. Whether training, consulting or advisory fits is something we decide together after that conversation. We do not recommend a method before we have listened.
Quotations are free. Training may qualify for the human resources development subsidy from Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare; where the requirements are met, part of the cost is subsidised. We check eligibility free of charge.
We work from one person upwards. A single department, or a single task, is also fine. There is no need to start company-wide.
In our surveys, 0% of respondents have said the work produced no effect. We build the content around the purpose and the actual workplace, and we treat adoption — not delivery — as the finish line. Where something is not working, we revisit the approach itself.
Normally a member of our team replies within two business days. Some enquiries take a little longer.
In person, online and hybrid are all available. We propose the format that suits the purpose and the size of the group.
The requirements on eligible companies and delivery format must be met, and the labour bureau reviews the application. We check eligibility free of charge, so please ask.
